You made a tag (Waseda University) in http://japaneseclass.jp/album/photo/1420/newbie233230.jpg
Your tag is small and has little value to use it in Photo Practice, and it doesn't represent the concept (Waseda Uni in this case) very well...
Sorry, but I deleted it.
Please, note that the main and only purpose of the tags is to use them in Photo Practice. The tags are going to be shown isolated (cropped) and we want them to be as visually representative as possible.
