Thank you for collaborating making photo tags, but in the image http://japaneseclass.jp/album/photo/9980/syaondri141054.jpg, you've made a "bad" tag.
There's nothing bad in the tag itself, but you probably don't know that this site has a feature called "Photo Practice". This feature selects random photo tags and uses them to make a vocabulary test based in the tags.
A good tag should be representative, or it wouldn't be useful in Photo Practice. Please, note that in Photo Practice, you can see only the tag (not the whole image), so in your case, you can see only three small lines.
If you want, you can make a "good" tag selecting a bigger frame that includes the pipe, the lines and the girl (or the whole photo, if you want). That way, you still can somehow give the idea of "up".
