Hi beeant-san ;)
I thought of a way to avoid encountering the words one have answered over 30 times in the practice... But I'm not sure it's feasable...
I'm wondering if it'd be possible to make the practice questions pop from a specific list rather than picking them directly in the levels...
That way the 30-time-over-answered entries could be wiped out before the practice begins...

- Hello Medyrius,
Do you mean that there is a bug and you can still earn EXP even after you answered over 30 times?
Ya, that is possible if I write the program to do that. but for practice, I am thinking to create a system where you do not have to think of what vocabularies you're bad at, and what you're good at.November 13, 2011 at 1:51pm - Ie, chigau ^^. After the 29th answer you get +0, there's no bug in it ;)
What I meant was : getting that "+0" is somehow meaningless...
Assuming that you're familiar with a word you've got right more than 30 times, I think it'd be good to have the option to let it pop out again or not.
It'd be interesting if one could set the practice to avoid the 30x_over-answered-entries...
That way you can focus on words with a lower answer rate...
About that new practice system, what do you mean by "vocab you're good/bad at?"
November 13, 2011 at 11:08pm - Yes, what you said makes sense. It is useless to ask whether you are familiar with the word or not, after assuming that you are already familiar.
However it can be useful if JCJP wants to check if you have forgotten the word or not.
So yes, option to let it pop out should be there. I will work on it.
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
Medyrius, thank you very much for using JCJP everyday and earned a lot of exp daily. However, I am wondering how did you do that? I am sorry to be suspicious and say this, do you use it fairly? again I'm sorry to say this.
If you play fairly it is ok, and thank you very much. But, in order to improve JCJP, if you know anyway to cheat, please inform me.
Thank You :)
bnNovember 14, 2011 at 1:12pm - LMAO! I was expecting that question to come someday ^^
But don't you worry a single bit. My only secret is the x10 combo counter. I make very few mistakes and practice a lot. Sore dake da ;)
Recently I've been aiming for huge amounts of xp so I can quickly catch up with the top 3. I probably will calm down when I achieve that goal because it's kind of tiring to make 100+K xp...
Dakara, ki ni shinaide, if I come to find an xp bug out there, I will report it immediately.
I'm actually glad you asked since it gives me the occasion to clear off the suspicions... So don't feel sorry about it ;)
Soreyori, i'll be looking forward to that feature and to the future content of JCJP... I hope I can help you with this someday since I'm studying programmation right now...
Ja, genki de ne ;)
November 14, 2011 at 8:28pm - Earning high combo is fine. But do you really answer all question perfectly for a quite long time?
I'm sorry to be suspicious ><
I have several people cheated before, and what I did is to cut their EXP. Actually I don't want to do that >< but I want to make JCJP useful for all users not only plain EXP earning place...
EXP is there to motivate users to learn and to show users' effort points.
I will trust you. So I'm not going to do anything for now.
Thank you :)November 15, 2011 at 10:15am - You have my word that I'm not using any kind of cheat or flaw within the site...
I'm just kind of "nonbiri" these times and I've just been spending hours and hours practicing and trying to beat my combo racord along the process... I'm having fun while every right answer becomes more encrusted in my mind...
To me, the EXP earning is a mere side quest because I want to climb to the top of the Class... I'm like that even in real life ^^...
Yet the main reason I use JCJP is to acquire more vocabulary and kanji knowledge, and I don't have the intention to stop learning as soon I reach the top like some people did...
Now I really feel sorry about this since I don't have any proof of my sincerity :(
I'm thankful for your trusting me even though you're still having some suspicions... Zannen da.
How about fixing a maximum to the daily xp earning in the future... That way the yearning for EXP of people like me could be easily contained...November 15, 2011 at 9:27pm
