  From what I know, turning off the comp shouldn't reset your combo...

  I had a similar problem recently, power was cut off and computer turned off, back in the navigator I was logged out... It made me lose my 22K+ combo counter :(

  nope didnt log out and i have turned it off b4 w/o signing out and nothing happened. Its an ongoing problem, highly frustrating. That really is unfortunate for you as well, i just broke 1k and barely had time to enjoy it haha. Thank you both for your contribution.
