what kind of work sheets? like hand writing type things for kanji and kana? or more like grammar exercises?

These online worksheets are very good for particle grammar, but not good for being printed off.

japanese-lesson.com has probably got the best kana handwriting practice sheets on the internet.

I didn't realise they had kanji handwriting sheets too before. These seem alright, but not as good as their kana sheets.
