Without context it seems difficult to figure out the meaning of this sentence, but here is my attempt at a translation:
'If you work, it's the end of the game, you know...?'
I think it's very unlikely that I've correctly understood the meaning conveyed by this sentence. This is probably a bad translation. ^^;
