It seems I can't take the Kanji Level 3 Chapter 29 test; it is not loading in both Firefox and Chrome. Chapter 21~28 and 30 load fine though.

I just encountered this too, and it seems to happen quite often. Although, if you refresh the page (or navigate to another page then navigate back), then the test button often will work again.
After further inspection, the click event listener does not always attach to the button. Every time the test button worked, the event listener was registered; every time it didn't work, the even listener wasn't registered. I haven't noticed what is causing this though.
Try using Apple's Safari browser. I will test out the Firefox and Chrome browsers.- Firefox 28.0 is ok. Chrome 34.0.1847.116 m is also ok. Have you tried clicking on Kanji Lessons, Chapter 29 and then the "Test" button? You may have a Javascript or Flash Player issue.

Is the problem still happening right now?
Yes, the problem still happens every now and then, just as mog86uk pointed out, and it does fix itself by reloading the page. I last encountered this on Kanji Level 5 Chapter 45 test.
Since I could just refresh the page, I didn't take the trouble of installing Safari and testing with it. Also, I'm not using adblock or anything else that would impair Javascript functionality.
