I start to work on learning some Kanji last weekend. So happy I sort of understand it. Can anyone help me to find resources for learning grammar or ways to work on my grammar (i.e. worksheets,websites, etc.)?

Stay away from kanji until you've mastered all of the basic grammar. It'll pay off in the long run.
