same issue here
I often experience this a lot too. At some times you can go a hundred questions without it getting stuck, but at other times it happens on nearly every single question.
I think everyone regularly experiences this issue, just that most users keep quiet about it? However, maybe it really is more of a localised issue... Me, you and eagle are each in neighbouring countries: UK, Spain, and France. So maybe this problem is actually only affecting our area of the world?
