Not yet, there is a plan to build this feature.
I also have plan to have a custom group chat as well as group chat for each country. Really need accelerate the development. Please consider to help JCJP fundraising by giving some donation.
I got it. If I want to contact the specific people, I need to show my mail address to all, right?

Yes, you can show your email address to everybody, but I wouldn't recommend that. - Thank you, I got who he was.
I'm not sure, but could the emails you are getting be 'JCJP Notifier' emails? These are automatically sent, to inform you when someone has replied to your post. If you send a reply to this email it will be sent to [email protected]
If you want to turn these on/off, you can do this by: click 'Account settings' icon (between the 'notifications' and 'log off' icons, at the top of this page) -> 'Subscriptions'. ^_^- Thank you mog san, I would like to send you my email address, but there is no way to do that.

I guess people could make a second email address, one which they don't mind posting publicly. Then this email address could be used to tell people your real email address... Slightly awkward, but it should work. :P 
Just FYI, if you have Skype, Facebook, Twitter, etc., you can send PMs without exposing your e-mail address to everyone. But you may receive a ton of mail either way.
