You were probably tricked by something that looked close enough to the right answer to make you think what you were reading was what you were expecting to read.<br />Examples: many answers substitute あ for お or vice versa; when reading quickly, you can sometimes see what you expect to see, not what is really there. One wrong answer for としょかん is としよかん. And there are lots of answers with the ten-ten on the wrong kana.
