There aren't any major mistakes on this site. As far as I've noticed, there are no errors at all in the kanji questions within Practice and Lessons -- all the answer readings match their question kanji word.
I regularly keep a close track of errors, as I previously took part in the beta testing of this site. I've double checked probably every Practice vocabulary and kanji question.
For vocabulary questions, there are still a few things which look like mistakes. Nearly all of these are just spelling mistakes/typos within the English meanings (some of these could just be American spellings, idk). There are a very small number of vocabulary questions with meanings which seem to be incorrect:
生憎【あいにく】'likes and dislikes, Sorry, but...'
- 'likes and dislikes' seems to be incorrect.
- 'sorry, but...' is fine, and another meaning that is usually given to this word in dictionaries is 'unfortunately'.
赴任【ふにん】'appointment'
- 'appointment' isn't really wrong, just that doesn't seem specific enough.
- jisho.org definition: 'Moving to a different location to start a new job, (proceeding to) new appointment.'
着衣【ちゃくい】'clothing, clothes'
- 'clothing, clothes' isn't really wrong either, but again it isn't really specific enough.
- A better meaning is 'one's clothes', which separates it from other words that do mean litterally just 'clothes'.
Those very slight errors are probably the biggest ones on the site, if they are even errors at all. The rest are smaller things like 'dept of gratitude', 'to be friend', 'state of affaris', 'board-minded', 'to response', ...
One last thing: there are a lot of words written in kanji when they would more usually written just in hiragana. This might be seen as something unintentional by some people and as an error, but I believe it is intentionally this way for a reason.
Basically, the errors are virtually nothing. No reason to be paranoid. Have fun. :)
