This is probably way more information than you want, but anyway...
Notes = 1 EXP (combo used? No)
Readings = 7 EXP (combo used? No)
Lessons-Hiragana = 1 EXP (combo used? No)
Lessons-Katakana = 1 EXP (combo used? No)
Lessons-Vocabulary (combo used? No)
・lv1 = 6 EXP
・lv2 = 7 EXP
・lv3 = 8 EXP
・lv4 = 9 EXP
・lv5 = 10 EXP
・lv6 = 11 EXP
Lessons-Kanji (combo used? No)
・lv1 = 7 EXP
・lv2 = 8 EXP
・lv3 = 9 EXP
・lv4 = 10 EXP
・lv5 = 11 EXP
・lv6 = 12 EXP
Practice (combo used? YES)
・same EXP as they are in lessons (lv1 kanji questions = 7 EXP; lv6 vocabulary questions = 11 EXP; etc.)
Combo calculation (EXP gain multiplied by combo bonus)
・1-19 = x1 (i.e. no bonus)
・20-29 = x2
・30-39 = x3
・40-49 = x4
・50-59 = x5
・60-69 = x6
・70-79 = x7
・80-89 = x8
・90-99 = x9
・100+ = x10
However, there is also a limit on how many times you earn EXP from answering the same question correctly. :(
・1-29 times answering same question correctly = normal EXP
・30+ times answering same question correctly = 0 EXP
