You mean in the level 1 vocabulary lessons, the romaji underneath the hiragana? Once you earn something like 5000 EXP you level up to level 2, and when you are level 2 or higher you no longer are shown romaji.
The romaji never shows up in the tests for each lesson anyway, even when you're level 1.
Or did you mean something else?
