In short: No.
In many more words...
Kind of. But this only if you have already completed all the chapters for a whole level (of either vocabulary, or kanji, or both) and now want to practice questions from just that level.
In your current situation, I would suggest plowing on through the level 1 kanji lessons until you have completed all 10 level 1 kanji chapters.
After doing this, go to "Practice" and make sure to click "Settings" on the Practice page. In these settings, make sure for "Question mode" that only "Kanji" is highlighted in blue, and for "Level" that only "Level 1" is selected. And click save settings.
The only questions you will encounter will be from kanji chapters 1-10. :)
・Important side note #1: If you gain enough EXP while during Practice and level up to level 2, then make sure to check that the Practice settings to turn level 2 questions off.
・Important side note #2: If you ever leave the Practice page, or refresh the page, or even get a pop-up error and click the refresh button... then you will have to change the settings back again, because it doesn't save them permanently.
(If you read all that, I bet you now wish you just read the "in short" answer?) :D
