    It is. Some of the voice thingies are kinda wrong. Ask Beeant and he'll fix it :P

    入国管理局, like most compound words, uses the on'yomi of each kanji for its reading. Other than 入 which has two on'yomi (its other on'yomi being じゅ), all the other kanji have only one on'yomi. Therefore there aren't many alternative ways the word could be mistakenly read as.

    入 'enter' にゅう
    国 'country' こく
    管 'pipe' かん
    理 'logic' り
    局 'bureau' きょく

    The meanings I've listed are just the general meanings I've learnt for each kanji. 'Pipe' and 'logic' probably make no sense in this compound word. 管理 (かんり) means 'control' or 'management'. 管理局 (かんりきょく) means 'administration bureau'. So the whole compound word is pretty sensible and easy to guess the meaning of. :)
