  If so, then that's just a jumble of bits of English words and Chinese characters (some of which are not used in Japanese as they are the Simplified Chinese characters used in China)...
  
  Interesting that 饿 (餓) is used in "hav饿", as in Mandarin Chinese that character seems to be pronounced like 'e', which maybe means that word is supposed to be 'have'! o.O
  
  I'm not sure whether you were really asking about that sentence, or if you meant something else, because that sentence is ridiculous and can't possibly mean anything sensible. Here's a few absurd translations that went through my head anyway...
  
  "I am same. I have same outside-length, 42 miitueshi that writing."
  - A 42 years old person named 'Mituesi' that is writing that. Or maybe means 42 'meters'. Or maybe means "42m, I plan on starving to death"!
  
  Haha. I probably should not have written my crazy thoughts down, especially as this may not even be what you were asking about. :P

  Haha. I had completely forgotten about writing this. At the time I wrote it I had recently completed learning to recognise the 2,000-ish kanji in Slime Forest Adventure, and had been spending a lot of additional time learning more about kanji, so I was a bit obsessed with kanji. After such a long time since writing that post, it's funny reading my thoughts. Took you a long time to reply! :D
