  easy way to improve your writing - find a japanese song you like, find romaji lyrics for it and just start writing it

  I just copied the tables out on scrap bits of paper. Sometimes trying to do it completely from memory, other times trying to copy it from a book/screen as neatly as possible. Just doodled them whenever I was stuck somewhere and was bored, writing the tables like this:
