Help. Why Readings doesn't show hiragana over each kanji words? It used to show and I learn to read and recognize japanese words better.

That's a good question. It used to show furigana but this seems to have been changed recently. Some users were talking about it being nice if we could hide the furigana, then shortly afterwards the furigana was removed (without any mention of the change).
The article titles still have furigana most of the time, so furigana hasn't been removed completely...
Personally, I prefer not having the furigana in the articles. The vocabulary list is meant to have the hiragana, so it shouldn't be necessary to have furigana in the article. Although it would be nicer if we were given an option for show/hide furigana. ^^
