- So what is considered Intermediate? You wrote a wall of text in Japanese and you're not intermediate? D:March 8, 2015 at 9:14am
- i did not right that i can only read 10% of it i copy paste to share a cool link. just keep righting it reading and doing sentences i m almost at a intermediate level but not ther yet i struggle with the reading big time.March 8, 2015 at 9:17am
- It is confusing to what is consider intermediate and what is not. So I am going off what textbooks consider to be intermediate. Generally, Intermediate level is JPLT N3 and the level often deals with transitions from a textbook to real Japanese text.March 8, 2015 at 10:33am
- So what is LV 6 considered when compared to the JPLT?March 8, 2015 at 10:35am
- Well, my guess would be around JPLT N4 in terms of vocabulary, so a level below JLPT N3.March 8, 2015 at 10:42am

From what I've seen this site covers vocab and kanji from beginner to somewhere in the intermediate range.March 8, 2015 at 11:44am - Seriously, don't stress over whether you're in the beginning stages, intermediate, or expert. Make it more about what you can do and what you want to do. Try the JLPT if you like, it's a decent challenge depending on the level, but if you're outside of Japan you may need to travel a bit to get to the testing site.March 8, 2015 at 4:29pm
- Yea I can't get to a JLPT so my goal is to be able to speak it even if it's not 100% fluent because I know is impossible without talking to actual Japanese. Also being able to read at least the most common Kanji.
Thanks for the info Saylem1000 that's what I wanted to know ^^March 8, 2015 at 9:40pm - You can also check this out. Should give you a ballpark idea what someone who's supposed to be at the intermediate level can do.
