Hello. I could use some help with a page in a one-shot seinen manga I'm translating. I understand every word, and I'm pretty sure I get the general meaning, but there are a couple of lines that don't entirely make sense to me (because my grasp on grammar is still rather weak).

Specifically, I don't get these lines:
胸ひとつ揉んだだけで癒される程度の傷だったんだ

この程度の男が何を傷ついたつもりになってたんだか・・・・・・

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me. Normally I'd probably just go with my general understanding, but this is a bit important scene in the manga, so I'd like to make sure my understanding is correct.
