Most common you'll see is 長い（ながい）（Long) but it is all over the place.

@alexnyaa The correct kana is ちょう for the above picture, which means chief/head/leader. 長 is not followed by い or く or another kanji.
The kanji before it 兵 (へい) means "soldier, army, troops, warfare, strategy".
If you go to an online dictionary and do a search for all words beginning with 兵, then you'd find the compound word 兵長 (へいちょう), which says "former rank used in the Japanese army and navy, equivalent to private first-class, lance corporal, etc.".
Where did you read that text shown in your photo? It should have something to do with miltary or about a person/character who is/was in the military by the looks of it? ^^- Correction to my last sentence: "... kanji in the above photo you provided."

i guess it mean long, leader 。 onyomi is ながい。kunyomi is chyou !!!

さすが!- If we indeed are talking about Levi, I have read that "In all formal descriptions of Levi’s name and rank, he is referred to as 兵士長 . However, colloquially, he is referred to as 兵長 [heichou] by his comrade"
