Please define intermediate level.
Understand japanese when someone talk with you- Because in this year I want to achieve this level

Finish Genki I and II and do a lot of listening practice and you'll reach there. I can have basic conversations and understand TV sometimes, but there's a lot of vocabulary that I don't know.- I don't know how can I find someone to talk in japanese but...

If you search for people to talk to you can find them on websites for language exchange like interpals or mylanguageexchange etc...
Another option is to search for people who will talk to you with skype, you can ask here or in many more japanese fora and websites for learning japanese, just ask and you shall find many people, you will need to find someone who suits you. - When searching for someone it can be either a japanese learn and than you learn togetehr,correct each other etc or someone who speaks japanese fluently and learns a language you learn, so you teach that person a language you know and that person teaches you japanese

That is the best part of job hunting in Japan. Oh, my Japanese is to be intermediate level? Well, as that really doesn't tell me anything about the requirements, sure, my Japanese is "intermediate". :P
