or am I supposed to use 愛 to say if I like something? 私が愛プリン

    No, when you want to say you like something, you should use '好き' (pronounced suki) instead of '愛'. If you want to say that you like pudding, then it's 私はプディングが好きです。 Btw the word '愛' itself isn't even a verb, when you want to use '愛' as a verb, you should say '愛してる' (pronounced aishiteru) which is only used when you want to confess your love to somebody.
