Hi, I'm trying to learn Japanese but at the moment I can only say things like, It can't be helped and Excuse me, do you understand English, and small words like hello, good morning and thank you, and I only know the letter A in Hirigana, I would like to know any good sites to learn Hirigana, Katakana and Kanji on, Please :)

You'll want to learn hiragana and katakana first before moving on to kanji. If you are wondering where to learn these on this site, click "Lessons" and a link for "Hiragana & Katakana" lessons is on the right side of the page. ^^
This site has a good way to drill yourself on vocabulary, but you can supplement the vocabulary with grammar from http://www.imabi.net/ . But, remember that everyone, even native speakers, start small. Don't get discouraged if you feel like you're not making any progress - you make more than you think as long as you keep practicing.
