  When you go to practice, there should be a button on the top right hand corner that says "settings". You should be able to unclick any level that is too difficult for you. Then hit "save" and from then on, it will only display vocab from the levels you selected! Keep in mind that the settings will only save for the time being. Meaning that if you refresh the page in anyway, you have to manually redo the settings again.

  I also didn't notice this setting and just accept the challenge, maybe will try to make it easier next time.
