Could there be practice items where the correct usage of the word is being asked?
Example:
今頃の使い方：
言葉の一番よい使い分けを選んでください。
a. それでは今ごろテストを始めます
b. 今ごろ東京では桜が咲いているでしょう
c. 今ごろ現金で支払うことが少なくなった
d. 今ごろ雨が降りそうな天気だ。

That is a nice idea. I don't know how well it would work with lots of repetition of the same question within the Practice feature, but it would be neat for some new grammar lesson tests.
