I don't understand what the problem is. The second answer is a correct answer. The others are not.
Is the problem that you were asked a question in practice which you had not seen before? That happens occasionally. Do you think it shouldn't? Your comment will be more helpful to beeantさん if you say what you think is wrong.
I think that since you are probably familiar with the words corresponding to the other three definitions, it isn't unreasonable to ask you to figure this out by process of elimination.

fanks clicked at ALL possible answers and NONE was marked as correct, even after answering three answers wrong the fourth one should marked as correct one, or am I mistaken? I think that is the problem here.- Yes, that's correct. I'm sorry-- I didn't focus on all of the answers being colored red.
- It might help to mention the order in which the answers were clicked on to help beeantさん reproduce the problem. That can't be seen from the picture, unless I'm missing something else.^^;
What would cause the order the answers are clicked in to cause a problem specifically? I don't see how that would cause a problem at all.- The first thing a person does to try to solve a problem with a computer program is to get the problem to happen again. If you can't reproduce the problem, it is often much harder to find out what's going wrong. The more information one has about how the problem occurred, the easier it is to get the problem to occur again. Once you can get the problem to occur again, it is much easier to track down why. This detailed information isn't always necessary, but usually, the more information one has, the better.
