I feel like I'm cheating. I know Chinese and learning Kanji is easy. I can finish up 1 test in a few seconds without learning the pronunciation. I need to put in more effort.

It's good and not cheating :)
Lol, more or less... You can try make flash cards using ANKI(so you put just the world in front and in the verse you put the pronunciation, and click "good" only if you know the pronunciation).
