    And for your original question:

    千本桜 (せんぼんざくら "senbonzakura") 桜 starts with a voiced ざ (za) instead of its normal さ (sa) because of rendaku (sequential voicing). This happens very often in compound words, so it is very useful to understand about rendaku and other similar sound change phenomina. ^^

    some may pronounce it poorly.
    for a fact: in japanese they have no L, Q, X,
    japanese use listening of a words / letter so they converted some letter that the pronunciation almost the same.
    like La => Ra
    QU => Ku/ Kiu
    etc.
    that's why some of the song / subtitles mispronounce / miss write.
    but some of japanese sometimes able / sing Ra as La.

    for kanji, there will be a change of pronounce sometimes.
    example is kanji 大 can be read as tai / dai
    大切 = taisetsu
    工大 = koudai.
    the sound of pronunciation changed.
