Is there a place here where i can test all of my knowledge of hiragana and katakana in one test here? I would like to start doing that daily before I begin learning new material.

On the right-hand side of the top "Lessons" page, where the list of hiragana and katakana lessons is, if you scroll down past the bottom of the katakana lessons list it says "Hiragana & Katakana". It's not very clear but this is actually a link. Click this. ^^

Here you can do either "Hiragana Practice" or "Katakana Practice". There's no way to Practice both in a combined test though. However, the tests themselves have ひらがな/カタカナ in the answers (not just romaji), so you are kind of practicing both if you ignore the romaji in the answers. ^^
