Hi I use a Macbook and have Hiragana, Romaji, and Katakana keyboards set up to select. However, I don't know how to make the little Sokuon or a "little tsu"? Also how to translate a long vowel sound in Romaji? Thank you.

I've never used a Mac, and I use kana keyboard layout instead of romaji layout to type hiragana and katakana, but here goes...
To type the sokuon, っ/ッ, try typing the following three letters:
xtu
To type long vowel symbol, ー, try using your hyphen/minus key, -, after typing the previous kana. I don't know how you would type the symbol on its own outside the word though. Like in the word ローマじ (romaji), try typing this:
ro-maji
On Windows, using Google Japanese Input, with the input mode set to kana keyboard layout, I use the following:
っ = SHIFT+Z
ー = SHIFT+-
I'm on a Mac :)
If you have the keyboards installed the smaller tsu should appear automatically when you type any double letter in hiragana. For example; to get かった you type in the romaji "katta". The double "t" implicates you use the small つ before the た.

How would you write っ at the end of something though? Like if you wanted to write just えっ ? 
if you need to type any small characters on Mac: add an "x" in front of that character
Ex.
つ → っ = xtsu
あ→ ぁ = xa
い → ぃ = xi
よ → ょ = xyo
エ → ェ = xe
You can add a っ to any charector that can take a っ by just hitting the first key twice. Example: っけ is done by typing kke
