I don't know that drama or the song. However, I just simply typed "wakamonotachi" into Google and the first result says what the song is:
"Theme song: Wakamonotachi by Moriyama Naotaro"
From this, simply copy paste "Wakamonotachi by Moriyama Naotaro" into Google and add either the word "tabs" or "chords" on the end. Either way, first result has the chords (and full romaji lyrics). I don't know if there are tabs anywhere though. ^^
