地下一階 = first floor below ground level; "B1" (basement level 1)

If you see a four kanji word but can't find what it means in a dictionary, the majority of the time you can find results by instead searching separately for the first two kanji and the last two kanji as two individual words:

地下 = "underground / below ground"
一階 = "first floor / one floor"

Or, if you learn to memorise the meaning of each kanji in English, you might not even need a dictionary at all to figure it out. These are the single words Slime Forest Adventure associates with each of those kanji, although I'll add additional words in brackets to help make more sense of it:

    地 "ground"
    下 "down" (under/below)
    一 "one"
    階 "staircase" (storey/floor)
