Nothing more legit than someone who after registering for a site: doesn't try out any of the features at all, doesn't introduce themselves, doesn't have any conversations with anyone, but immediately posts a strange looking link about something related to the word "darkness"... I've no idea why anyone in their right mind would click that link.

闇金（やみきん）= illegal loans (闇 darkness + 金 gold/money)
嫌がらせ（いやがらせ）= harassment
無料電話相談（むりょうでんわそうだん）= free phone consultation service
無料（むりょう）= free
電話（でんわ）= phone
相談（そうだん）= discussion/consultation
So, judging by the site address, it sounds like this link is an advertisement for 闇金の嫌がらせ無料電話相談
—a freephone helpline consultation service to assist people being harassed by illegal lone sharks.
However, in reality that site could literally be anything and may have nothing to do with what the address sounds like, considering what I mentioned earlier about the manner of which the user posted the advertisement on the first day of making the account and without doing anything else on the site. Any sensible person wouldn't click such a suspicious link. (And who on this site would even need to use such a service anyway, especially considering it is probably only for people living in Japan. This site isn't really a sensible target audience, if indeed it happens to actually be a legitimate service.)
I wish we had a way to flag users to be deleted or remove their posting privileges. Indexapks is also spamming the feed
