Both もう一回 (もういっかい) or もう一度 (もういちど) mean "one more time"! Not sure about "one last time" though, sorry!
最後にもう一度（さいごにもういちど）maybe?
I've definitely heard that one in a song, for saying "one last time".

Notice though that many of the times in that song when it sounds like"もう一回" is being said, it's not. There's a play on words going on, where another phrase has a very similar sound. ^^
もういっかい = もう一回 "mou ikkai"
もういいかい = もう良いかい "mou ii kai?" - Ooh nice! Thank you so much mog86uk. I never thought about the play on words in that song before but it's definitely there! That's kind of nice, it gives an extra layer of meaning to it.
