I'm don't need to be motivated I know but I m just asking where is the best place to start

@katsuro90: where is the best place to start teaching sentence structure? Weeeelll....I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, but I'll answer it anyway ;) examples of what I would teach if I were to teach someone:
    - word order in the sentence and differences between English and Japanese (where do I put my nouns, adjectives, particles, verbs)
    - the roles of particles
    - the roles of particles with transitive/intransitive verbs
    - connecting short sentences into longer sentences, conjugating adjectives/nouns/verbs and choosing the right particles
and so on, and so on, and so on....

    Helpful?

You could try using Japanese sentence structure with English words rather than Japanese words (and including particles), my Japanese teacher would also write the Japanese sentence and the translation of the sentence and would colour code the words.
