There's nothing wrong with this specific question. If you look at the top at the EXP that question gave, notice that it's a positive number "54 EXP". It would've shown "-9 EXP" if it were truly marked as incorrect.
This is just a general problem that can happen sometimes on any question. I think it's got something to do with the user's system losing contact with the server and then not being able to obtain which answers are the right and wrong ones. Might happen if the server goes offline temporarily or is rebooting or something.
In that situation: it marks all clicked choices red, whether they are correct or incorrect; says you earn possitive EXP for each choice, but doesn't actually give or take away any EXP from your total; and your combo is unaffected. (I think, anyway.) Just have to refresh the page and continue.
It would be nice if this defaul action could be changed to something less misleading though... ^^;
