Should i be learning simply the english meaning and writing of kanji first only. Or learn grammar and vocab too. I tried learning vocab but it was difficult because i wanted to learn how to write it too but i diddnt know the kanji. And u need vocabulary to do grammar, so thats why i stuck with just learning kanji. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

おおお。。。one thing i have found ironic is even japanese have trouble with connections and words, let alone kanji...i almost rely on the app 'obenkyou' for learning hirigana and up...syllables only...and lang-8.com for proof-readers for nihongo.
