to say it in a formal way

The kanji in your picture is 仕.
That kanji 仕 means "serve; serve as an official; attend; do". The most likely word you'll encounter it in is the word 仕事(しごと)"work, job, business, employment, occupation".
@Angora & @AlaaSaraya
Btw, it's おはよう (not おはよ).
It comes from the the adjective はやい → adverb はやく → sound change はやう → sound change → はよう, and with the polite prefix お added to the front = おはよう (long "o" vowel sound at the end—"ohayou") ^^July 15, 2017 at 2:05am - @mog86uk OH ,thanks . Another very tiny blurry image. xD
監 "oversee/administer" + 禁 "prohibition/forbid" =
監禁(かんきん)"confinement", maybe in the sense of "imprisonment".
Such as in 不法監禁(ふほうかんきん)"false imprisonment". The word 不法(ふほう)meaning "illegal/injustice" (不 "negative/non-" + 法 "method/law") + 監禁 "confinement".July 16, 2017 at 1:02am
