I'm new to learning Japanese. I know English (isn't it quite obvious?) and Spanish I guess (although I am kind of starting to forget it a bit). I eat crackers when I’m stressed, and I eat fruit when I’m nervous. I drink milk when I’m over confident, and I drink water when I’m confused. There are many other things I eat or drink, or chew for certain emotions, I’m not sure why I go to the same things for each emotion. I eat ham when I’m angry, and lettuce when I’m sad. Carrots when annoyed, berries when bored. It really helps me for some reason. I’m easily food motivated. All this random stuff.. It is what it is.
