  Kanas first, u'll be able to learn anything once u know them ;)
  I began with grammar using this grammar guide : http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/complete
  And what I can tell is I felt way more committed into learning jap after knowing some jap grammar, besides, it was quite accessible (one of the less complicated grammar I ever learned)
