Hey. I've been playing around with the Settings menu in Practice mode, trying to hide the readings of kanji shown in vocabulary questions...
This works really well with 'Vocabulary' questions, but with 'Reverse Vocabulary' I can't see a way to hide the kana? as it is not within the multiple choice options, but within the question?
I'm not sure if this is a good way to practice anyway? as it is largely what the 'Kanji' questions are for in practice mode, but it seems like it might help with reading Japanese?
With the kanji readings not shown, it makes the Vocabulary questions you've previously, easily answered, a bit more interesting.
As a lot of the questions are now straight kanji <--> English, your mind has no need to think about how the word sounds. Instead, now you have to concentrate on just getting the meaning from kanji, and you are more likely to directly recognise words, without pausing to pronounce them in your head first...
