This is actually a problem for 30 other questions as well. Originally I didn't think this was a bug, but I remember beeant saying it isn't meant to be like this.
The reason I didn't think it was a bug, is that there are actually 4 questions that have a duplicate INCORRECT answer. So I thought all this might be intentional to confuse people...
I was keeping track of bugs like this, from when we were beta testing. I could post the list of 31 duplicate correct answers and 4 duplicate incorrect answers if it would help? Would be nice to get levels 1-6 questions fixed before level 7 gets added. ^^
yeah, i wouldn't mind duplicate wrong answers but duplicate right answers makes me uneasy xD- @beeant Here's the full list I have... It should be a 100% complete list of this bug. ^^;

4 kanji questions with duplicate INCORRECT answers:

* 決定 is actually itself a duplicate question (none of the other 33 items in this list are though). There's a level 4 決定 and a level 5 決定 (both are kanji questions). Only the level 4 version has the duplicate answer issue; the level 5 version is fine.
I also was tracking duplicate questions in the beta test. 10 vocabulary questions each have one duplicate, 104 kanji questions each have one duplicate, and 6 other kanji questions each have two duplicates! That list is probably a bit much to post on here though, and they're probably not so simple to fix.
@freakymrq Hopefully this list gets fixed pretty quick, but you could now memorize those 4 questions I listed so as not to get caught out by them! :P - Oh right, you said you didn't mind the duplicate wrong answers... It's quite easy to get caught out by them though as there's so many of the other kind. Although, for the 資本 one you'd have to be really not concentrating to pick its duplicate answer 'せいふく'...
Also, maybe I should have posted that list somewhere a bit more obvious, although I didn't want to post it where it would stand out too much or taking up lots of space either... Just maybe not sure whether beeant will notice it hiding in these comments? :/ - ha ha thanks, I'm sure beeant will see this ;)

There's also some verbs around that aren't in dictionary form. It's not a huge problem, but it might confuse some people until they learn grammar. I don't have a list handy, but I'll start making one.- I'm eating sandwich right now. I just fixed all the lists from mog86uk. Thank you for listing them. I still have the list from washoku.
