Pretty harsh question... I was so close to clicking answer #3 which means 'report' (verb), but just before I released the mouse button I noticed #4 which also means 'report' (noun). >_> Took a chance on the verb version probably being written as 'to report' and I think also saying 'convey/tell', so I clicked #4 instead. Lucky! ^^;

Not the most harsh question I've had though, but close. This one still was worse...
