Hello guys!
Does anyone of you have any good information about the universities that take foreigner students from all over the world there for a 1 year plan or an extended one.
Sharla in Japan linked me the program JASSO (http://www.jasso.go.jp/index_e.html) but I didn't quite understand how to apply there. I somehow got directed to a university in Russia (I am European) that should take applications to the universities in Japan, but meh, haven't found anything good. Anyone has experience in this?

I think for a degree, you have to pass the EJU tests, apply at the university you wish to go to, and then JASSO/MEXT will give you a loan/scholarship if you excel in your studies.
If you are at a university outside Japan, then you should probably talk to your university about a year study in Japan.
Not sure about 1 year plans or loans tbh... as you can tell, the site is pretty frustrating... and university sites also have limited English info too.
