  While I was testing Readings I found another issue which is even more weird than this bug, but it's not serious so I'll leave that for another time. For now I'm going to do some more readings. ^^

  anyway, I have wrote a script that will monitor the site, and restart the server when it got crashed. So there shouldn't be any long down time anymore. But we should aim for crash free app.

  I've done around 10-15 readings since when I thought it got fixed. Before this, when getting 100% correct on the quiz, I don't remember ever seeing the results page load. Now, every time I complete the quiz, the results page seems to load.
  
  However, on the last time I did the quiz, the site went offline immediately after answering the final question (the results page didn't load). So I've been avoiding the Readings feature still.
  
  I read that you've been doing some optimisations and I already noticed a couple of small changes.
  
  I like the sound of that script to restart the server. Now I don't have to worry so much about the site crashing and my actions maybe causing an inconvenience to other users. I'll try using the Readings feature more as I think the problem may already have disappeared. I definitely look forward to a crash free site and will keep looking out for bugs. :)

  I just did a couple of readings quizzes, getting 100% correct both times. Both times the results page didn't load and the error message pops up. At least the site didn't show any sign of crashing now, but there is still a problem with the results page loading.
  
  I wonder if it only happens on specific quizzes? Maybe it doesn't load if it can't find which Reading to do next, or something similar to this?
  
  There is another different bug in the Readings which might be related: When you load or refresh a Reading page...
  
  ・If you have not started the quiz, then a few seconds after page load it plays the MP3 audio file for the first question (even though you haven't clicked the quiz button yet, just on page load!)
  
  ・If you've started the quiz but not finished it, then it does the same thing but the sound played is for the next question you will encounter.
  
  ・If you have previously completed the quiz, then 10-20 seconds later the 'need to refresh page' error message always pops up. (It doesn't matter what your score was.)
  
  This is a definite bug. The sound is only played if you have "Autoplay sound" already turned on. The 'need to refresh page' error message may be due to it trying to find the sound file for the next question (even though you've answered them all)?

  Just did a third reading, results page still didn't load.
  
  I notice that after answering the final question, it sends the same POST "/rest/practice/question" message expecting the response to contain the next message? Then 10 seconds later it shows the 503 error.
  
  This is exactly the same thing that happens on Readings page load. It wants the next question before you've even clicked the quiz button, which is a problem if the quiz is already completed and there is no next question. :P
  
  I also tested what happens if you load a Reading page that you've already completed, and then click the Quiz button (even though the quiz is completed):
  ・Chrome and IE11 = blank quiz box saying "loading question"
  ・Firefox = browser window viewport crashes and have to close the window!
  
  I'm not sure why the Reading results page started working last week, but now every time it is not working again. Maybe while you were optimising the site, something was changed helping the results page to load. But now it is back to how it was (except without the site crashing).

  I also forgot to mention that the site crashed at the same point one of these 503 errors appeared, while I was flicking through the Readings section. It is possible that the site is still crashing due to these bugs in the Readings feature, just that the optimisations have probably lowered the chances of it crashing.
