This screenshot of the crazy confusing Readings question I just encountered isn't the main reason for this post. Although I think there is an encoding related communication problem for kanji outside the jouyou list. I just thought I might as well add an interesting picture! :P

Main point of this post: I've figured out the cause of the Readings pop-up "reload page" error messages (at end of quiz, and on page load)!

If the user doesn't have any "weak" Readings vocabulary on their profile, the quiz results page cannot load. This is due to the results page needing to have at least one item in "recommendation for next reading" (maybe even needs three). I think it only recommends articles containing weak vocabulary? This causes all the other similar problems in Readings too! I've checked this thoroughly. Would be very nice if this can get fixed. :)
