No way! I'm listed as being in Italy on here again... To prevent the confusion of last time, I don't speak any Italian. Please can this be one of the next bugs to get fixed? ^^

Like last time, my IP address is within an address block assigned to "GB - United Kingdom".
The country assigned IP address blocks can be viewed on this site:
http://software77.net/geo-ip/
If you look at the right side of the page where it says "Country IP listing", under this click "GB United Kingdom" and "x.x.x.x-y.y.y.y format". My IP is within the "109.144.0.0 - 109.159.255.255" block in this list.
Other sites still recognise me as being in the UK. It is just JCJP that is different and seems to be using an out-of-date or broken country IP listing.
Time for IPv6..
- Disconnected my router to get another IP address like I had to last time... -_-
