With that set of answers, I think I'd almost definitely make the same mistake. I often immediately hit the first answer in the list which looks correct without looking further down. I've probably never answered that one wrong either, so it's going to be annoying when it finally happens to me, but I know it definitely is going to...
I notice you've set your laptop to Japanese? I still feel too intimidated whenever I try to do that and change it back, as I'm worried I'm going to get a question like "Ｃ：をフォーマットする。いいですか" and I'll click はい... :P
